Agapanthus ‘Navy Blue’
Agapanthus ‘Navy Blue’ is what I would call a real good doer. We have a clump in the garden which, with little input from us performs exceptionally well. Flowering is socks of from August onwards, with gorgeous rich blue flowers.
Sitting beautifully in both naturalistic and cottage style gardens, their bold, larger flowers are one of the real joys of the late summer garden.
Agapanthus ‘Navy Blue’ is completely hardy with us in South Shropshire, we leave the plant to die back naturally rather then cutting it back. Leave the flower heads on rather then deadheading as the seed heads are a highlight of the winter garden.
